Standard 30 × 40 pads are $400/month. Premium 30 × 45 pull-through pads (1, 2, 3, 34, 35, 36) are $450/month. Water, electricity, and city sewer are all included — flat rate, no metered surprises.

Yes. Stay 3 months and the 4th month is ½ price. Applies to every 30 × 40 and 30 × 45 pad.

A $200 deposit holds your pad. You can settle up by phone, email, or in the on-site office.
